The Product Designer role at Fam is more than just creating appealing visuals – it’s about crafting an engaging, seamless user experience that connects with millions of users. You will collaborate with a team of talented designers, engineers, and product managers to create intuitive interfaces and meaningful interactions.

Your Day-to-Day Will Involve:

• Working closely with product designers to enhance design thinking and execution
• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to maintain velocity while ensuring design quality
• Designing exceptional visual experiences for both web and mobile platforms
• Keeping user needs at the heart of all design decisions
• Working from the Bengaluru office, Monday to Friday

Key Technical Skills:

Visual Design, UX Design, UI Design, Motion Design, A/B Testing, Data Analysis, User Research, Mobile App Design, Web Design, Front-End Collaboration

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of full-time experience as a visual and UX designer in high-impact product teams
• Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design across mobile and web platforms
• Passion for pixel-perfect execution and design quality
• Ability to think from both aesthetic and functional perspectives
• (Good to have) Motion design expertise, experience in user research, familiarity with front-end technologies, and data-informed decision-making
